The Golden City of Kazinasi ('treasure' in Old Otani) is a settlement of 74,053 souls and serves dual purposes as both the capitol of the Altin Aydahar Region region and the entire Aydahar Confederation. Kazinasi is one of the largest cities in Otan and boasts a very metropolitan population within the Aydahar Confederation consisting of Aydahar of every known variant and many mixed variant Aydahar including mixed-variety and Half-Aydahar.
Kazinasi is one of the few places in the country where talk of "nation building" or other such political subject will take place, due to the nation's relative insularity from the rest of Otan.
Government[edit]
Akzhurek Elyar has been appointed to the position of Eldest of Kazinasi and is likely one of the most powerful mayors in all of the Aydahar Confederation if not all of Otan. Akzhurek Elyar earned his position during the Garis War after having received commendations from the Eldest of Aydahar. Akzhurek Elyar may actually literally be the eldest Aydahar in the city.

Kazinasi has a number of goods and services. Venues include:
- The Golden Citadel - A gargantuan citadel to protect and house all levels of Aydahari government.
- Altin Saray - The palace of the Eldest of Aydahar (with in the walls of the Golden Citadel).
- Grand Chantry of Jormungandr - the first and by far the most magnificent of the structures dedicated to Jormungandr.

- Rakhat Nurzat - Rakhat Nurzat has been appointed to the position of Eldest of the Altin Aydahar Region. Eldest of the Altin Aydahar Region is a position that may either be granted by the Eldest of Aydahar or through natural selection. The regional Eldest is often quite literally the eldest Aydahar in the region. They are responsible for affairs both dragon and Adahari
- Akzhurek Elyar - Akzhurek Elyar has been appointed to the position of Eldest of Kazinasi. The Town Eldest of Kazinasi is a position that may either be granted by the Eldest of Aydahar or through natural attrition. The Town Eldest is often quite literally the eldest Aydahar in the settlement.
- Didar Sanzhar - Didar Sanzhar has been appointed to the position of Eldest Officer of the Kazinasi Militia. Didar Sanzhar's position may either be granted by the Town Eldest, the regional Eldest or the Eldest of the Confederation. The Eldest Officer is responsible for protecting the citizens of the settlement from threats within and without.
- Zhenis Kulyash - Zhenis Kulyash has been appointed to the position of Eldest Disciple of the Grand Chantry of Jormungandr, who is responsible for maintaining the words and deeds of Woden through the eyes of Jormungandr.
