Altin Aydahar Region is a region of 319,585 souls in the Aydahar Confederation. Altin Aydahar Region is administered from the provincial capital Kazinasi by the Eldest of the Altin Aydahar Region Rakhat Nurzat.

Rakhat Nurzat has been appointed to the position of Eldest of the Altin Aydahar Region. Eldest of the Altin Aydahar Region is a position that may either be granted by the Eldest of Aydahar or through natural selection. The regional Eldest is often quite literally the eldest Aydahar in the region. They are responsible for affairs both dragon and Aydahari.

Altin Aydahar Region is a region of 5,392 square miles in the center of the Aydahar Confederation. It boasts the following settlements:
- Kazinasi - (pop. 74,053) - Capitol - Akzhurek Elyar has been appointed to the position of Eldest of Kazinasi. The Town Eldest of Kazinasi is a position that may either be granted by the Eldest of Aydahar or through natural attrition. The Town Eldest is often quite literally the eldest Aydahar in the settlement.
- Akkuba - (pop. 3,210) - Salamat Zholbarys has been appointed to the position of Eldest of Akkuba. The Town Eldest of Akkuba is a position that may either be granted by the Eldest of Aydahar or through natural attrition. The Town Eldest is often quite literally the eldest Aydahar in the settlement.
