Hand-chosen by the Ninth Lotus of Aspan the Fourteenth Rose of Aspan gave up her remaining tie to the material world, her given name to become the Fourteenth Rose and leader of the parish and City of Karakat. in her duties as the Fourteenth Rose, she is responsible for the entire Parish of Karakat and all that goes on within its borders.
Her vast worldly experience in and out of Ontustik prepared her for leadership in both the political and religious spheres of her parish and of course the parish capital of Karakat. She is rumored to be the custodian of one of the Memes of Aspan.
History[edit]
The Fourteenth Rose of Aspan has had occasion to meet with leaders in Araldar and has regularly sailed the southern coast.
On the 16th of Kirkuyey, 261 IM, the Fourteenth Rose of Aspan unwittingly sacrificed herself to become part of the First Nightshade of Aspan.
Aspirations[edit]
After the fall of Ontustik to the armies of the Garis Triumvirate, the Fourteenth Rose of Aspan has vowed to stay in Karakat to ease the suffering of her people under Garis rule and to report back to Ontustik's new government in exile, now headquarter in Jalinbeti and administered by none other than the Ninth Lotus of Aspan.
