Asylkhan Kuandyk is the Inspector General and one of the three leaders of the Garis Triumvirate. His role is is to maintain the Garis Security Forces and oversee the various police forces within the country. His sweeping responsibilities have him working in all three regions of Garis.

In his role as Inspector General, his mandate is to maintain peace through a combination of diplomatic efforts, internal security and a contingent of peace officers stationed and maintained throughout the country.
