Aspan Jurisi is the unwitting leader of a rebel resistance group in the heart of Trappist, capital of the Akimsilik Region of the Garis Triumvirate. Aspan is not a trained fighter, but he has talents for finding people interested in the cause of mitigating the chance of war.
More recently he's been engaged in activities to try and stop the war. Most of his activity is centered on swaying political power. Unlike more aggressive resistance movements, Aspan is never keen on violence, even in the interests of his cause.
