Sacerdos the Flayer is the apparent ruler of Nether World Kazinasi. He has been spotted occupying the equivalent of the royal chambers in the material Kazinasi. He is a giant of a beast and appears to be constructed of human, bovine, and draconic flesh, but with the wrapping of something entirely demonic.
He may be found wielding any number of different weapons, but prefers a combination of a flaming sword and flaming whip, which he dual wields. He has a pair of razor-sharp tails that he uses liberally to flay his victims alive. While he likely possesses other powers, these are as yet unknown.
