ROSA or the Royal Order of Soltustik Archivists, is an organization dedicated to the archival of all things magical in the Lands of Otan. The group was founded by the former King Patasi Muz, who mysteriously went missing during the Grendel War. King Muz was in the process of studying botany and in particular herbs before he went missing.
The archive has grown steadily since the war, with Grand Archivist Seilda Alibek relentlessly collecting documentation to fill her shelves, often in direct competition with other archivist societies.
The society has expanded to have a chapter in each of the Baronial capitols in Soltustik.
ROSA - Jel Chapter[edit]
Located in the Jel Citadel the Jel Chapter has services that rival those of the capitol. Each chapter contains a palantir for communicating with other chapters or the ROSA headquarters.
