Jalinkoli Prefecture is a prefecture of 71,197 souls in the country of Jalinjeri. The prefecture was formerly part of the Kiywar Territory of Ortalyk. The lands were mostly unoccupied though considerable trade passed through the region on the Ælfen Way. As such, many Ælfes live in the area.
Jalinkoli Prefecture is populated mostly by the Ortalykshilar (human) people, though it has an ever growing Ælf and Ungir population. It is administered from the provincial capital Jalinkoli by the Water Minister of Jalinkoli Prefecture, Lashyn Tursynbay.
