The Heortlufe Gudflan is a fabled book from before remembered time; a time when it was rumoured that skilled bowyers, fletchers and archers alike were among the most deadly combination of people on Otan.
This tome, is rumoured to contain instructions for the creation of bows and arrows of quality superior to anything known to the people of Otan, including the Ælfes, who's prowess at making bows and arrows is legendary.
Additionally there are various lost techniques in the book, said to grant the studious reader faster speed, greater range, increased accuracy and of course more deadly strikes than with the most popular archery techniques known today.
