Aqqw Zhakyp (pronounced A-ku Za-keep) had been appointed to the position of Admiral of Aidyn Barony by the Grand Admiral of Araldar, Jonas Draktar. He was ordered to stay behind and investigate the dissapearance of two Araldar ships of the line, when much of the rest of the navy sailed off on their ill-fated mission to blockade the Garis navy.
With Jonas Draktar's whereabouts still unknown, Admiral Zhakyp has assumed the role of Araldar's Fleet Admiral until Jonas Draktar's ultimate fate is learned. In the meanwhile, he has been very active in rebuilding the Araldar navy perhaps to master the seas as it never has before.
History[edit]
Aqqw Zhakyp has had a short but illustrious career in shortening the careers (and often the lives) of pirates preying on merchant traffic between the smaller Araldar islands. His most famous exploits got him up in the ranks to where he was personally noted and promoted to the level of Admiral by none other than Jonas Draktar.
Aspirations[edit]
Aqqw Zhakyp has ordered all resources of the nation of Araldar to concentrate on the building of new ships, with hopes of restoring Araldar's once uncontested rule over the western seas. He several ambitions including the rebuilding of the Araldar navy, the removal of the Ælfgarade presence from Jagalik (or any other Araldar port), and to hunt down the four-armed bastards plaguing the Otan seas. Lastly, of course, he seeks to wreak a mighty vengeance upon the Garis.
