The self-styled Lords of Koboldy Rock were an association of adventurers once granted title to Halperion Keep. Their members included Obsidian Black, Panamon Cree, Greef Roake, Matteo Alleman and Rayjok Halperion.
The latter of the group, Rayjok Halperion remains the only lord who did not leave the region and now serves as Earth Minister of Halperion Prefecture as lord of the newly formed town of Halperion.
The location and disposition of the other lords is unknown.
