Merey Evnika was appointed to the position of Mayor of Halperion by the Earth Minister of Halperion Prefecture, Rayjok Halperion.
History
Merey Evnika was a long term resident of the former Kiwar Territory and well liked by the local residents. She was a great leader in the recent undead awaking that happened in the spring and earned somewhat of a hero status. Seeing her prowess, she was quickly elevated to the post of Mayor, taking the place of Gulshara Rysbek who was also elevated to the post of Finance Minister of Halperion Prefecture.
Aspirations
To continue to upgrade Halperion from a town to a city. To integrate the new arrivals and create an air of peace between the different races. To protect the city against the Garis threat.
