Tamiz Symbols[edit]

The following symbols are representational of the month of Tamiz.

  • The Pillar - Tamiz is represented by the pillar which is indicative of support. Tamiz is thought to be a time where we lend support to friends and family or to boost support to one's household, work or business endeavors. Because Tamiz falls mid-summer, this is perhaps not coincidentally, an excellent time of the year to literally build free-standing structures which require pillars.
  • Jade - Persons born in Tamiz or otherwise have an association with this month will seek to possess jade as a harbinger of good luck.
