Koboldy Rock was once the pet project of the Governor of Balagash's son. Now a possession of Lords of Koboldy Rock, Koboldy Rock is currently providing billets to workers and immigrants heading to and from the growing town of Jalinbeti to the west. It features a four sided wall, with a turret on each corner and a portcullis gate.
The interior keep has three levels, the lower level featuring the barracks, kitchens and dining hall. The main floor, still burned out from previous battles features a dining hall and ballroom. The upper floor, has 8 bedrooms.
The "Rock" has just completed a round of renovations under the watchful eye of the party's Grand Visier Gulshara Rysbek. She is maintaining a staff of about 50, to keep the facility running. Staff are involved in food preparation, maintenance and raising animals for the kitchen. About a dozen of the staff additionally provide security and "muscle" for unruly patrons.
