OngarSarsen is a powerful warlock from the city of Kizil. He has been rumored to be dealing in magic related to the Memes of Aspan, though may be at cross motives with his ruling deity, Æski. He has been thought a member of the a cultish faction supporting Æski, though of late his loyalty has been called to question.
He speaks the Aydahari language as his fluent tongue, but is also fluent in the Otani language (common).
