There are said to be sixty-four Memes of Aspan which were mistakenly shared with the Otani people by Suu. Each meme is thought to be of an extremely magical nature, bearing the blueprints of the universe. These come in the form of simple instructions for life on Otan from how to be a god, to how to soothe a troubled heart.
Origin
The Memes of Aspan were either written by or simply collected by Aspan at a time supposed predated all life on Otan. He entrusted them to Suu and depending on which account you hear, the memes were either misplaced or deliberately given to the humans in what is now Ontustik.
After finding their first home in the temples at Anar, the Memes of Aspan were somehow mysteriously dispersed across Otan. It is not known if this was again the work of Suu or a less divine agent. The first and second of the memes are almost certainly in the hands of the Aspanist priesthood
Known Memes
The Memes of Aspan were said to have all originally begun their Otani lives in Anar at the Temple of Aspan. Since then, there is evidence that the memes have been scattered to the four winds or possibly destroyed. Currently, only one or two memes remain in the hands of the Caliphate of Ontustik. The Aspanist priesthood has not been public about what they do or do not possess, nor have they made any approximations as to the power that each meme might possess.
