HODL or the Halperion Order of Documentarians and Librarians, is an organization dedicated to the recording and archival of both Otani historical records and all things numinous and magical.
History
Shortly after the Battle of Jalinjeri, Rayjok Halperion commissioned a library to be built in Halperion Keep.
