Sapar Doszhan is perhaps one of the best armorers in all of Otan. Before migrating to Jalinbeti he became skilled in making dragon scale armor and was one of few who ever created the coveted Obsidian dragon scale. Sapar also had the good fortune to come across a supply of Sewochi exoskeletons, and crafted Otan's first ever set of Sewochi exo-armor.
