Soltustik is the northernmost human populated country in Otan. Soltustik is a feudal democracy. Led by Patasi Muz, the country is ruled with a cold and iron hand from his self titled capitol of Muz. The people of Soltustik seem to thrive in cold weather. This nation state is also home to many non-humans who also tend to prefer snow and ice to warmer terrain.
Population
The bulk of Soltustik is made up of the local Soltustikter people, who have existed in the region since prehistoric times.

The Barony of Muz is the country's capitol region. It is also the richest region, however very little of the population can be found here. There is only one settlement:
