Kala Astanals is the capitol city of Ortalyk, home to both the local city government and the seat of power of Ortalyk. Built in concentric rings, the centermost area of the city is Ortalyk Palace, home of the reigning monarch Czar Batil Zhurek.

Geography
Kala Astanals is located on the delta of the River Astanals in eastern Ortalyk. It's coastal location has enabled the creation of a huge seaport that conducts trade around the world.
