Kazinasi is a settlement of 74,053 souls and serves as the capitol of both the Altin Aydahar Region region and the entire Aydahar Confederation. Kazinasi is one of the larger settlements in Otan and boasts a very metropolitan population within the Aydahar Confederation consisting of Aydahar of every known variant and many mixed variant Aydahar including Half-Aydahar.
