- Kizil Citadel - This mighty citadel has several functions. It serves as a stronghold for both the Town Elder of Kizil and the Elder of Kizil Aydahar Region. It also serves as a military headquarters for the Aydahari Military.
- Kizil Chantry of Jormungandr - The town's primary place of worship.
- The Grand Kizil Hotel - The finest hotel in Kizil featuring a very expensive Elder's Suite.
- The Royal Bones - A high end inn and tavern often hosting dignitaries.
- The White Flame - A tavern featuring some of the more popular drinks of the day.
- Dragon's Crown - This is an inn and tavern that typically houses military and militia types.

The Eldest Officer is responsible for protecting the citizens of the settlement from threats within and without.
- Turar Sarsen - Turar Sarsen has been appointed to the position of Eldest Disciple of the Kizil Chantry of Jormungandr. Turar Sarsen is responsible for spreading the words and deeds of Woden through the eyes of Jormungandr.
