Sapar Doszhan's Armory was formerly located in Koke, Altinqor. Before migrating to Jalinbeti he became skilled in making dragon scale armor and was one of few who ever created the coveted Obsidian dragon scale. Sapar Doszhan has perhaps become one of the best armorers in all of Otan.
