Jer is one of three elemental Baksi who represents the entire continent of Otan. She is a blind goddess who perceives the world through the spiritual intentions and interactions around her. A visitation from Jer is likely to inspire blissful displays from any creature nearby. One might even sense bliss from the rocks and the soil itself.
