Irimshik Akimi is the current governor of the town of Balagash, appointed by the Tsar. His appointment was largely due to his bravery in the ongoing wars with the various orcish, goblin and kobold forces that had invaded Ortalyk in the days before the Concord of Kala Astanals.
History
Governor Akimi has in recent times, granted the deed to his son's former keep, lately dubbed Koboldy Rock to a party of adventurers tasked with retrieving magical parchments which were left behind by the Governor's son when the keep was hastily abandoned.
Current Ambitions
As evidenced without much secrecy in the town, Governor Akimi has clearly been dabbling in magical research that greatly exceeds his current magical capabilities.
