The Karazalik Union is the southernmost country in Otan.

The bulk of the Karazalik Union is made up of the local Karazaliki people, who have existed in the region since prehistoric times.

The President of the Karazalik Union is elected by the Tribal Council of Karazalik, which is made up of both political leaders and religious elders from each tribal area. The President of the Karazalik Union, Birzhan Karim and the country's Queen Mother, Lyailim Ali, both reside in the capitol city of Kenzhe.
