Kara is a settlement of 16,905 souls and the Capitol City of Kara Aydahar Region region in the Altinqor.


Government[edit]

There are two levels of government in Kara the regional capitol of Kara Aydahar Region. There is the regional government and the city government. The city government is run by Zhenis Yerbolat who wasw appointed to the position of Eldest of Kara. The Town Eldest of Kara is a position that may either be granted by the Eldest of Aydahar or through natural attrition.

The regional government is run by Lyazzat Serzhan, the Eldest of the Kara Aydahar Region. This position was granted by the Eldest of Aydahar. The regional government is responsible for levying regional taxes and raising troops for the Aydahari Military.
