The Captain of the Guard is responsible for the policing of the city within and the safety of the city from invaders without.
- Abruy Dilshat - Abruy Dilshat has been appointed the High Priest of the Grand Temple of Woden. The High Priest is responsible the maintenance of the word of Woden throughout the city. They generally receive their position through long service with the temple.
