- Evnika Ayzhan - Evnika Ayzhan has been appointed Governor by the Tsar of Ortalyk. It is a lifetime appointment.
- Taymas Gulnur - Taymas Gulnur has been appointed the Captain of the Kala Astanals City Guard, which is a position usually granted by the Governor of Kala Astanals or the Boyar of Astanals District. The Captain of the Guard is responsible for the policing of the city within and the safety of the city from invaders without.
- Abruy Dilshat - Abruy Dilshat has been appointed the High Priest of the Grand Temple of Woden. The High Priest is responsible the maintenance of the word of Woden throughout the city. They generally receive their position through long service with the temple.
