Balagash is a small town in the northwestern region of Ortalyk, nestled in the heart of the Balagash Forest.
Government
The two principal members of the Balagash administration are the governor, Irimshik Akimi and the Captain of the Guard, Anasha Bastiga. The former, a powerful wizard in his own right and a competent administrator. The latter, a hardscrabble fighter and excellent tactician. Bastiga is largely responsible for quelling the kobold incursions which nearly left the town destroyed.
