Koboldy Rock was once the pet project of the Governor of Balagash's son. Now a possession of Lords of Koboldy Rock, Koboldy Rock is currently providing billets to workers and immigrants heading to and from the growing town of Jalinbeti to the west. It features a four sided wall, with a turret on each corner and a portcullis gate.
The interior keep has three levels, the lower level featuring the barracks, kitchens and dining hall. The main floor, still burned out from previous battles features a dining hall and ballroom. The upper floor, has 8 bedrooms.
