Like their draconic progenitors, the Ice Dragons, the Aq Aydahar thrive in cold weather and prefer to live in the coldest settings possible. Unfortunately, Altinqor boasts a temperate climate. To combat the heat, the Aq Aydahar will often inhabit the mountainous regions in Altinqor's north, at the highest altitudes they can find.
Aq Aydahars or even Ice Dragons for that matter, will sometimes leave Altinqor for the mountains in Otan's northern interior.
