+[[Ebil Yalies]], a 35 year old human looking cleric of Bragi was traveling through the snowy lands with his noble mastiff, Desi, when he  happened upon a small hamlet near the town of [[Maral]]. He was accompanied by [[Arisa Petrine]] who he had met just the previous day and were heading in the same direction.  Apparently, Desi had detected the scent of other mastiffs which is what got the pair talking on their common trek about mastiffs and their mutual affinity for treasure & adventure.
