Editing Lords of Koboldy Rock

The self-styled [[Lords of Koboldy Rock]] were an association of adventurers once granted title to [[Halperion Keep]].  Their members included [[Obsidian Black]], [[Panamon Cree]], [[Greef Roake]], [[Matteo Alleman]] and [[Rayjok Halperion]].  

The latter of the group, [[Rayjok Halperion]] remains the only ''lord'' who did not leave the region and now serves as [[Governor of Halperion]] as lord of the newly formed town of [[Halperion]].  

The location and disposition of the other ''lords'' is unknown.
